We do not provide refunds if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase or would like to cancel your order, so please choose your product carefully. A credit note issued by us is at our discretion and is likely to incur a return fee of 10% of the original purchase price. This return fee covers the transaction charge that we incur for accepting your credit card transaction, our time in processing the order and in refunding. You may also incur the return freight charge.

Should your purchase be damaged during transit, please take a photo of the damage and notify us immediately. Do not sign for any package that shows signs of damage without checking the contents carefully. This allows us to make a claim with the freight company, to replace your item as quickly as possible (assuming the replacement is in stock)
