Flax by David Trubridge

Flax Pendant is based on the long slender leaves of the indigenous flax plant or harakeke in Maori that has long been grown for its valuable fibre. This striking feature light is a great solution when ceiling height is limited.

If you use a clear lamp in the Flax light shade it throws spectacular lattice patterns on to the ceiling, a frosted bulb reduces this effect. Part of David Trubridge’s range of kit set light shades made from sustainably grown bamboo plywood.

The Kit set includes all parts for the shade, plus the suspension cord and E27 / Edison screw lamp socket. (Ceiling rose sold separately)

Finishes available:

• Bamboo
• White Paint (two sides), Black Paint (two sides);
• Bamboo (on one side) with choice of Aqua, Black, Blue, Lime, Orange, Pink, Red or White. Paint colours are commonly faced on the interior of light shade.

Maximum 60w E27 Lamp – LED recommended
